Pilates on apparatus in Private or duo
Private and semi-private sessions have the advantage of being better suited to your needs. Having the full attention of the instructor on your movements, you will benefit from better corrections. By using the Pilates devices, this allows a progression adapted to the needs of each one. Devices can either assist the movement to make it easier or make it more difficult by increasing resistance or instability.
If you have health problems limiting your movements, we recommend private sessions to avoid injuries by performing inappropriate movements.
The duo courses work in relay on each of the different devices.
Hourly
This service is offered in Longueuil, from May to October inclusive. Appointments can be made on the go-rendez-vous website. You must first contact me by email or telephone to request access and then schedule your first appointment.

Prices
1 private lesson $45
1 duo lesson $30 per person
Equipment
We have a reformer, a combo chair, a tower, a Pilates arch, rollers, balls, flex ring, etc... For duo classes, participants do the exercises alternately on the different apparatus or accessories.
