At Expression Pilates Studio

The expression Pilates studio was created by Sylvie Trudeau, Pilates instructor, in 2014 in Terrebonne. Since then, it has undergone several transformations and has now become a nomadic studio, because Sylvie teaches 6 months in the south and 6 months in Quebec. She has been teaching Pilates on the ground and Pilates on apparatus for 12 years. It is now available from May to October, in Longueuil and from November to April, in Puerto Escondido, Mexico. In addition, you can take lessons with her at any time, remotely, online from the comfort of your home via zoom. Sylvie always offers lessons while respecting everyone's level and limits. In addition, pre-recorded 30-minute Pilates sessions are available at any time during the session for daily practice for participants registered for online group classes.

Winter 2024 SESSION

This winter I am in Puerto Escondido, Mexico from January to April inclusive. I offer Pilates classes on mat on my terrace with a sea view and reformer classes at Studio RE. For more details see the tab Puerto Escondido.

If you are not in Mexico you can take online classes with me, Pilates on the floor and Pilates on reformer, if you have a reformer at home.
