WELCOME

The expression Pilates studio was created by Sylvie Trudeau, Pilates instructor, in 2014 in Terrebonne. Since then, it has undergone several transformations and has now become a nomadic studio, because Sylvie teaches 6 months in the south and 6 months in Canada. She has been teaching Pilates on mat and Pilates on apparatus for 12 years. She is available from May to October, in Longueuil (Quebec, Canada) and from November to April, in another country which may change each year. Sylvie never lets her participants down, because at any time you can take lessons with her, remotely, online from the comfort of your home via zoom. Sylvie always offers lessons while respecting everyone's level and limits. In addition, pre-recorded 30-minute Pilates sessions are available at any time during the session for daily practice for participants registered for online group classes.
